27% Increase in the Minimum Wage

The Minimum Wage Determination Commission has set the daily gross minimum wage at TRY 1,101.00 for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

With this revision, the monthly gross minimum wage has been increased to TRY 33,030.00 (previously TRY 26,005.50), while the net minimum wage has risen to TRY 28,075.50 (previously TRY 22,104.67). The total monthly employer cost for a minimum-wage employee is TRY 40,874.63 (discounted: TRY 39,223.13 for the manufacturing sector; TRY 40,214.03 for discounted rates applicable in other sectors).

The minimum wage support to be applied per insured employee has been determined as TRY 1,270.

The figures determined by the Commission will become final upon their publication in the Official Gazette.
