CLARIFICATION TEXT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACCORDING TO RULES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO 6698 (“PDPL”)

We, Platin Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi (“Company”), pay maximum attention to your personal data protection. Our Company shows sensitivity to retain processing of personal data of people related to our company, including our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698(“PDP Law”). We, as a “Data Controller” defined by the PDPL, process your personal data electronically and/or physically as described below and within the mandatory limits of the law.

 

 

DEFINITIONS

 

According to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”);

 

·         relevant person defines natural person whose personal data is processed

·         personal data defines all kind of informations related to natural person whose identity is specific or identifiable

·         processing of personal data defines all kind of transactions on personal data such as storing , recording, attaining, modifying, rearranging, clarifying, transferring, acquiring, preventing to be used, classifying or obstructing of usage, obtaining data in fully or partially automated or non-automated ways provided that it is part of any data recording system

·         data controller defines the natural person or legal entity who is responsible for setup and management of data recording system designated the processing purpose of personal data.

 

 

 

GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTIVES

 

We process your personal data to manage a customer - service provider relationship; to provide our service better, to improve ourselves and do research; to manage the company, to conduct the business, to implement the company policy, to use our rights against legal demands, to do necessary work by our work unit, to offer our services, to pursuit contract period and/or legal demands; to provide legal, technical and commercial security of relevant person which is in business relationship with the company, to implement human resources policy of our company, to evaluate in case you make a job application, to fulfill our legal obligations in case you are our employee, to pursuit quality of our services, to identify your ID and provide your security in case you visit our company, to contact you in case you demand informations from our company, to execute the contract in case you purchase our service; to plan, audit and execute security of information period; to manage and compose substructure of information technologies; to pursuit occupation of finance and/or accounting department; to determine commercial and business strategy of our company; in accordance with the principles of “lawfulness and conformity with rules of bono fides, accuracy and up to date when necessary, being processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, being relevant with, limited to and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, being retained for the period of time stipulated by relevant legislation or the purpose for which they are processed.” cited in Article 4 of PDPL and conditions for processing of personal data described in Article 5 and Article 6 of PDPL within the scope of “The Law of Independent Accountancy, Independent Accountant Financial Advisorship and Sworn In Financial Advisorship No. 3568”and other legal statute.

 

TO WHOM AND WHAT PURPOSE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

Your collected personal data may be transferred to natural person and public institutions authorized by the law in accordance with the fundamental principles and terms and purposes of processing personal data according to Article 8 and Article 9 of the PDPL by our company. Our Company abides by the all obligations within the context of Article 8 and Article 9 of the law during processing of personal data.


 

Your personal data, excluding exceptions stated in Article 5/2 of PDPL, shall not be transferred to natural person or legal entity without your express consent.

 

Our purpose of transferring your personal data;

 

  • To make business transactions and commercial actions in accordance with the law and company policy

 

  • To operate and design activity of human resources of the company

 

  • To provide legal and commercial security of natural person which is in business relation with the company

 

 

 HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

Data which is obtained by our company with your consent is kept as long as and as required by above-mentioned processing purposes and statute of limitations.

 

 

 

YOUR RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE ARTICLE 11 OF PDPL;

 

According to Article 11 of PDPL, the natural person whose personal data is processed has rights below;

 

·         To learn whether the personal data is processed

·         To demand information if his/her personal data is processed

·         To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are suitable for their purpose

·         To know third parties to whom personal data is transferred to inside or outside of Turkey

·      To request correction of personal data in case they are processed incorrect and incomplete and to request notification of the transaction within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred

·         To request deletion and destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for the processing personal data no longer exist.

·         To object to a conclusion against the person himself by analyzing the processed data through automated systems

·         To demand indemnification in case the personal data is processed against law

You may send your application for your rights listed above, by filling in the Application Form based on the PDPL situated on site www.platinoutsourcing.com    and deliver copy of the form with the documents that identifies your ID to “Esentepe Kasap Sokak Altınay İş Merkezi No:10 Şişli /İST” address by hand or by notary or other methods that specified in PDPL.
